Importance of the Old Testament in Understanding Eschatology

By William Bell, Jr. The reason many fail to understand the time of the last days, the second coming of Christ and the end of the world, is due to lack of knowledge and appreciation of the Old Testament scriptures. Those who follow the teachings of Christ and the message of the apostles should be well aware that the basis of all they taught was the Old Covenant. Jesus promised that he did not come to destroy the law but to fulfill. He also said, “For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled.” See Matthew 5:17, 18. Thus, to put it in English terms, every dotting of the “i” and crossing of the “t” of the prophecies in the Old Testament had to be fulfilled before the law could pass. Jesus even promised that the Old Covenant would remain until “heaven and earth” (Judaism) passed away. See also (Matthew 34:35; Hebrews 12:26, 27; Hag. 2:6) Since God’s word had promised the end of heaven and earth in the Old Covenant (Haggai 2:6), the law could not pass until it was fulfilled. This is why the Lord said it is easier for heaven and earth to pass away than for one tittle of the law to fail. (Luke 16:17) Jesus promised that heaven and earth would pass at Jerusalems fall before his very own generation (the people living in his day) passed away. (Matthew 24:35) In fact, not only did he predict the end of heaven and earth, he also said all yet unfulfilled prophecies would be fulfilled at the Roman destruction of Israel in A.D. 70. When you see Jerusalem surrounded by armiesthese are the days of vengeance that all things written may be fulfilled. (Luke 21:20-22, 32) Jesus drew all of his teachings on eschatology and the endtime from the Old Covenant Scriptures. He showed the apostles that all things concerning him found their origin in the message of the Law of Moses, the Psalms and the Prophets, (Luke 24:44-47). Thus, there is no teaching of Christ from his suffering and death by crucifixion to the proclamation of the gospel and judgment which is not rooted and grounded in the message of the Old Covenant. Likewise the apostles saw themselves as living in the terminal generation of Judaism. Hence Paul wrote, The end of the ages have come upon us, 1 Corinthians 10:11), i.e. the first century disciples. John saw the world of Judaism passing away and in its last hour. (1 John 2:17, 18). Peter wrote that the message of the prophets were being fulfilled in his generation, (1 Peter 1:10-12) and that the end of all things had drawn near. (1 Peter 4:17). James echoes the refrain of the prophets announcing that the Lords Parousia (coming) had drawn near and the Judge was standing at the door. (James 5:7,8). Thus, there is no eschatology or endtime message of Scripture that is not rooted and grounded in the Old Covenant. When Paul was accused by unbelieving Jews of teaching a gospel contrary to the message found in the Law and the Prophets, he told Felix that the Jews could not prove their claim. He went on public record saying, Nor can they prove the things of which they now accuse me. But this I confess to you, that according to the Way which they call a sect, so I worship the God of my fathers, believing all things which are written in the Law and in the Prophets. I have hope in God which they themselves also accept, that there will be a resurrection of the dead, both of the just and the unjust. (Acts 24:13-15). Hence, what Paul believed and taught concerning resurrection and judgment found its origin in the Old Covenant scriptures. Therefore, a last days, end of the world message which is not according to the message of the Old Covenant, is a message which Jesus nor the apostles preached or condoned, (Galatians 1:6-9). Until we are grounded in the message, meaning and chronological framework of the Old Covenant, the end time message will remain a mystery to the masses as evident from the confusion which exists among the futurists who see in every newsworthy disaster, an imminent end of our present world. Eschatology was not about ending our world, but about the end of the ancient Jewish world as prophesied in the Old Covenant. Copyright (c) 2007 by William Bell, Jr. All rights reserved. The Magic In Wedding Music

By JB Anthony If you are a bride-to-be with tons of appointments lined up with your wedding planner, caterer, wedding gown designer, wedding cake baker, wedding florist, etc., etc., you would probably put off planning your wedding music later in your days agenda. After all, there can be a wedding without music right? Right. There can be a wedding without music. Just like there can be Cinderella without her pumpkin and her glass slippers or just like Snow White without the Seven Dwarves. Only, it is half the fun and most certainly, half the magic. What is so magical about wedding music? Wedding music sets the tone and the mood of the ceremony. Imagine a wedding with a rock music. Would it not make a lot of difference as when you play instrumental music in your wedding? This disparity alone is a concrete proof that music makes a lot of difference in your wedding ceremony. The kind of music you play in your wedding psychologically tells your guests and audience what they are there for: love and union. Music have certain personalities too. Playing the wrong kind of music in your traditional wedding is like inviting a court jester to preside over your wedding ceremony. With a traditional wedding, I dont think you will be able to accomplish a serious and solemn ceremony by playing emo punk while walking down the aisle. Playing the right kind of music at different parts of your wedding ceremony evokes the right emotion you want from your audience. A classical or church wedding music played while exchanging your vows will lead the audience into being one with you and your spouses emotion: one of sincerity, fidelity and love. Playing lively and festive disco music after dinner reception suggests celebration and joy. It is not always all about the cake. At the end of the day, your guests will always remember how you made them fall in love with love again. Thanks to a beautiful wedding. Thanks to the music. The Appeal of Computerized Dating

By Richard Akindele Our world is getting increasingly busier, and we are invariably becoming dependent on computers and the Internet. Every conceivable aspect of our lives is now computerized in some manner. With the amount of time we spend on computers, it’s a forgone conclusion that this medium has become a magnet for people looking for love. Not too long ago, you had to go against the grain to have a profile on a dating website. Today, the stigma is gone. Online personals has gone mainstream and now accepted by all and sundry. The appeal of dating online can be attributed to the fact that one can communicate with people ranging from a next door neighbor you didn’t know was looking, to people living thousands of miles away. Sometimes the bee has to travel deep into the woods to find the sweetest nectar. In that regard, only online dating puts you in close proximity with remote users all in one place. Online dating has also become an oyster for the shy. While some are naturally blessed with confidence, that first approach is a nightmare for the shy among us. Meeting people in real life is almost ritualistic where the male puts on a show for the female he’s interested in. In that atmosphere, only certain pronounced ( mostly shallow ) characteristics enjoy any level of success, leaving the timid behind. Dating online is changing things however. Generally, by the time online friends decide to meet in person, they’ve already broken the ice, personal characteristics have been scrutinized with discerning eyes, and they likely have both established a comfort zone. This more or less levels the playing field, particularly giving the shy a fighting chance. You are less likely to be rejected at a first meeting, if you’ve already been talking to the person online for sometime. Be it as it may that there are time-wasters online, nobody can argue with the fact that traditional dating methods cannot hold a candle to finding singles online in terms of the number of hookups. Online dating has become a major force in our lives as we search for that elusive needle in a haystack in our technologically-driven world. This trend is likely to grow in popularity as more and more people come online. Richard Akindele is the Founder of http://www.oasisoflove.com, a full-featured, and FREE online dating site. “Ooohhh… My Aching Knee!!!” Insider Secrets on How You Can Get Relief Quickly and Easily!

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Nathan_Wei] Nathan Wei When your knee hurts, getting relief is all thats on your mind. Getting the right relief, though, depends on knowing whats wrong. The correct diagnosis will lead to the correct treatment. Know Your Knee! The knee is the largest joint in the body. Its also one of the most complicated. The knee joint is made up of four bones that are connected by muscles, ligaments, and tendons. The femur (large thigh bone) interacts with the two shin bones, the tibia (the larger one) located towards the inside and the fibula (the smaller one) located towards the outside. Where the femur meets the tibia is termed the joint line. The patella, (the knee cap) is the bone that sits in the front of the knee. It slides up and down in a groove in the lower part of the femur (the femoral groove) as the knee bends and straightens. Ligaments are the strong rope-like structures that help connect bones and provide stability. In the knee, there are four major ligaments. On the inner (medial) aspect of the knee is the medial collateral ligament (MCL) and on the outer (lateral) aspect of the knee is the lateral collateral ligament (LCL). The other two main ligaments are found in the center of the knee. These ligaments are called the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and the posterior cruciate ligament (PCL). They are called cruciate ligaments because the ACL crosses in front of the PCL. Other smaller ligaments help hold the patella in place in the center of the femoral groove. Two structures called menisci sit between the femur and the tibia. These structures act as cushions or shock absorbers. They also help provide stability for the knee. The menisci are made of a tough material called fibrocartilage. There is a medial meniscus and a lateral meniscus. When either meniscus is damaged it is called a “torn cartilage”. There is another type of cartilage in the knee called hyaline cartilage. This cartilage is a smooth shiny material that covers the bones in the knee joint. In the knee, hyaline cartilage covers the ends of the femur, the femoral groove, the top of the tibia and the underside of the patella. Hyaline cartilage allows the knee bones to move easily as the knee bends and straightens. Tendons connect muscles to bone. The large quadriceps muscles on the front of the thigh attach to the top of the patella via the quadriceps tendon. This tendon inserts on the patella and then continues down to form the rope-like patellar tendon. The patellar tendon in turn, attaches to the front of the tibia. The hamstring muscles on the back of the thigh attach to the tibia at the back of the knee. The quadriceps muscles are the muscles that straighten the knee. The hamstring muscles are the main muscles that bend the knee. Bursae are small fluid filled sacs that decrease the friction between two tissues. Bursae also protect bony structures. There are many different bursae around the knee but the ones that are most important are the prepatellar bursa in front of the knee cap, the infrapatellar bursa just below the kneecap, the anserine bursa, just below the joint line and to the inner side of the tibia, and the semimembranous bursa in the back of the knee. Normally, a bursa has very little fluid in it but if it becomes irritated it can fill with fluid and become very large. Is it bursitis… or tendonitis…or arthritis? Tendonitis generally affects either the quadriceps tendon or patellar tendon. Repetitive jumping or trauma may set off tendonitis. The pain is felt in the front of the knee and there is tenderness as well as swelling involving the tendon. With patellar tendonitis, the infrapatellar bursa will often be inflamed also. Treatment involves rest, ice, and anti-inflammatory medication. Injections are rarely used. Physical therapy with ultrasound and iontopheresis may help. Bursitis pain is common. The prepatellar bursa may become inflamed particularly in patients who spend a lot of time on their knees (carpet layers). The bursa will become swollen. The major concern here is to make sure the bursa is not infected. The bursa should be aspirated (fluid withdrawn by needle) by a specialist. The fluid should be cultured. If there is no infection, the bursitis may be treated with anti-jnflammatory medicines, ice, and physical therapy. Knee pads should be worn to prevent a recurrence once the initial bursitis is cleared up. Anserine bursitis often occurs in overweight people who also have osteoarthritis of the knee. Pain and some swelling is noted in the anserine bursa. Treatment consists of steroid injection, ice, physical therapy, and weight loss. The semimembranous bursa can be affected when a patient has fluid in the knee (a knee effusion). The fluid will push backwards and the bursa will become filled with fluid and cause a sensation of fullness and tightness in the back of the knee. This is called a Bakers cyst. If the bursa ruptures, the fluid will dissect down into the calf. The danger here is that it may look like a blood clot in the calf. A venogram and ultrasound test will help differentiate a ruptured Bakers cyst from a blood clot. The Bakers cyst is treated with aspiration of the fluid from the knee along with steroid injection, ice, and elevation of the leg. Knock out knee arthritis… simple steps you can take! Younger people who have pain in the front of the knee have what is called patellofemoral syndrome (PFS). Two major conditions cause PFS. The first is chondromalacia patella. This is a condition where the cartilage on the underside of the knee cap softens and is particularly common in young women. Another cause of pain behind the knee cap in younger people may be a patella that doesnt track normally in the femoral groove. For both chondromalacia as well as a poorly tracking patella, special exercises, taping, and anti-inflammatory medicines may be helpful. If the patellar tracking becomes a significant problem despite conservative measures, surgery is need. While many types of arthritis may affect the knee, osteoarthritis is the most common. Osteoarthritis usually affects the joint between the femur and tibia in the medial (inner) compartment of the knee. Osteoarthritis may also involve the joint between the femur and tibia on the outer side of the knee as well as the joint between the femur and patella. Why osteoarthritis develops is still being scrutinized carefully. It seems to consist of a complex interaction of genetics, mechanical factors, and immune system involvement. The immune system attacks the joint through a combination of degradative enzymes and inflammatory chemical messengers called cytokines. Patients will sometimes feel a sensation of rubbing or grinding. The knee will become stiff if the patient sits for any length of time. With local inflammation, the patient may experience pain at night and get relief from sleeping with a pillow between the knees. Occasionally, locking and clicking may be noticed. Patients with osteoarthritis may also tear the fibrocartilage cushions (menisci) in the knee more easily than people without osteoarthritis. So how is the arthritis treated? An obvious place to start is weight reduction for patients who carry around too many pounds. Strengthening exercises for the knee are also useful for many people. These should be done under the supervision of a physician or physical therapist. Other therapies include ice, anti inflammatory medicines, and occasionally steroid injections. Glucosamine and chondroitin supplements may be helpful. A word of caution… make sure the preparation you buy is pure and contains what the label says it does. The supplement industry is unregulated… so buyer beware! Injections of the knee with viscosupplements lubricants- are particularly useful for many patients. Special braces may help to unload the part of the joint that is affected. Arthroscopic techniques may be beneficial in special circumstances. Occasionally, a surgical procedure called an osteotomy, where a wedge of bone is removed from the tibia to even things out, may be recommended. Joint replacement surgery is required for end stage knee arthritis. Research is being done to develop medicines that will slow down the rate of cartilage loss. Targets for these new therapies include the destructive enzymes and/or cytokines that degrade cartilage. It is hoped that by inhibiting these enzymes and cytokines and by boosting the ability of cartilage to repair itself, that therapies designed to actually reverse osteoarthritis may be created. These are referred to as disease-modifying osteoarthritis drugs or DMOADs. Genetic markers may identify high risk patients who need more aggressive therapies. Newer compounds that are injected into the knee and provide healing as well as lubrication are also being developed. And finally, less invasive surgical techniques are also being looked at. Recent technological advances in mini knee replacement look very promising. Advantages of Being Truthful to Your Online Date

By Lawrence Andrews Think you found someone who might be your next serious partner online? The long nights you spend chatting and sending each other private e-mails everyday can really get ones heart skip a notch higher. When you finally set a date to meet each other, are you sure you are confident enough? Or will you fret because you told your online date that you are six two instead of five three in height? Then you suddenly realized you should have been less of a liar on your previous conversations. Honesty is very important in any relationship. Read over the advantages of being truthful to your online date and youll agree for sure. *Get more people to check out your profile Not even a psychologist would know that what you have in your profile is really who you say you are. Fill out your profile with an honest detailed description of yourself. Sprinkle it with a little humor about your yet- to- improve qualities and youre guaranteed that someone will message you in a matter of minutes. The key is to turn your flaws into something funny and forgiving. *Get a good first impression A good first impression would mean: youre sexy just as you told me you are and not I thought you would be three inches taller. When you tell your online date about your physical attributes, you can count on a second date. *Lying requires a lot of thinking Lying, compared to saying the truth, requires more brain activities. It would be obvious if youre lying if it takes you five to ten seconds to answer a simple question such as, Are you fat? *Gain his/ her trust Friendships built on sincerity are more likely to turn into a serious relationship. Trust is just as important as love and respect. Being truthful to your online date makes its easier for her to trust her heart to you. *Strengthen your confidence Being true to your self shows how you respect your identity. Knowing your challenges and improving your personality would get others attracted to you and would like you as you like yourself. *Be less burdened Dont be pressured if an online date doesnt have the same hobbies that you have. It doesnt matter if she likes rock music and you like country music. As long as you have a blast going out, lying to get her approval is not necessary. You can find true love anywhere, even online. Just be wary and safe when meeting strangers. You might not get your lifetime partner here, but meeting someone that would make you smile and laugh is always lifes simple pleasures. Online Relationships – The Art Of Misperception

By Alisa Chagnon Is real love possible to attain via computer? There are many factors that come into play when two people fall in love. Some cannot be described in a definitive way; such as chemical attraction. Other factors are qualities that we find in another person that compliment our desires of a perfect mate. Honesty, integrity, loyalty, caring, a fun loving personality and good morals are just a few of these qualities. Many woman and men alike, have fallen in love over the internet. They have done so, without the possibility of truly seeing any of these qualities in the other person. So before we put our hearts on the line, we must ask ourselves; is it truly possible to love someone via computer? The majority of people who believe they have discovered true love without actually meeting the other person, have done so by implementing a type of instant messenger or video conferencing. We will focus on this element, as the element of a webcam can be misleading. When two people find each other and begin to chat online, one of two things happens. Either they do not feel a connection or they do. If a connection is felt, this can quickly escalate into chatting every day. They believe they have discovered the excitement that one feels when meeting someone new. However, they have not really met, have they? It is a fact that many people are lonely. This is not new to us, many single people are busy with work, single moms are busy with their children and it can be very daunting and difficult to find a meaningful relationship in the real world. With personal computers in the majority of every household, many people turn to this internet environment when they are lonely and wish for someone to talk to. It is important to realize that the world inside a computer is not, and never can be, the real world. When craving acceptance, love, caring, attention and a relationship, one can easily be led astray into the art of misperception. Often, this misperception is not done on purpose. Both people involved in the online relationship do not even realize this is happening. The truth of the matter is this: the key elements of a true and loving relationship cannot materialize through a computer. You may wish for them, daydream of them and tell yourself they exist, but they do not. Starting with physical and chemical attraction: a person may feel they are attracted to the image on a webcam but this in no way is the actual person that exists. Anyone who owns a webcam surely understands that it is very easy to show yourself in a good light via cam. If you feel that you are completely attracted to the other person, ask yourself this: Do you entirely show your true self on your cam? Webcams are an image of you, a moving image and very far from what you are perceived as in person. If you are attracted to someone via cam, ask yourself, have you stood close to him or her and taken in the presence of his or her body? Do you love the fragrance of their cologne/ perfume? Do you love the feel of their kisses? When they hug you, is it done strongly or softy? Do you love those hugs? When you touch their hair, do you admire the feel of it? The smell of it? The answer, of course is no. You have no idea what this person is like in person nor how you feel physically and emotionally when touching them. Qualities such as honesty, loyalty, integrity, caring and general overall mood are extremely important to a strong and loving relationship. If a person possesses these qualities, it can then free you to respect the person and set a ground for trust and a feeling of safety. Someone who is in love online, may debate that they have seen these qualities already. To this, I ask; Are you there in the house when they get home from work and see what they do with all of their spare time? Are you witness to their work ethics? Do you sit around a table with their family and see the loving interaction? Have you gotten in an argument and have seen if the other person stays to talk or walks out the door in anger? Have you stood by them when they hear some unpleasant news and are witness to how they react? Have you greeted them at the end of a long day, a day that tested their nerves, and then received a hug? Did you cook and then burn dinner and they told you it does not matter, they love you for trying? Did you forget to run an important errand that you promised you would, and they told you not to worry? The list is endless. The conclusion is that there is no possible way to know of how this person will interact in a relationship without physically being with them. Love can be confusing. Craving a relationship or marriage can send people in a blindness that prevents them from understanding the misperception that occurs online. Again, this misperception does not need be by intention. The mere fact that there is no actual in person interface is what causes this misperception to arise in the first place. A person can be intrigued, in lust, in like, or in a false reality of love when online with another. Only in spending quality time face-to-face, will the true colors of the other surface. It is at that time, that one should decide if they are in love. Written by Alisa Chagnon, webmaster of http://www.lovebulletin.com . Love Bulletin is a free and complete women’s online magazine. Networking Mistakes and How You Can Avoid Them

By Margaret Stead ‘Fear of rejection’ is the major reason why individuals looking for a career change hesitate to use networking as the most powerful weapon in their job search armoury. This is even the case with senior people who you would have thought anybody would be delighted to receive a call from. In 99.9% of cases this fear is unfounded – most professional people are pleased to receive calls from like-minded people and are a pleasure and delight to talk to. (In all my years of networking and listening to people who are conducting networking campaigns, I have only experienced rude rejection once and that was from Bernard Matthews, the factory farm turkey man. My advice is not to ring him.) Only yesterday, four of my coaching clients came to see me to tell me about the job and project offers that they were currently negotiating and it got me thinking about how they had each successfully overcome their initial reluctance to network effectively. The ‘courage’ and ‘character’ they had shown had made a huge difference not just in their jobs but in their lives. John Price has always had a personal mission to make a difference in people’s lives so it was only a question of giving him some mentoring on his networking to bring out and focus his natural talents for bringing people together. Any initial reluctance to network quickly faded after the first few ‘advice meetings’ with carefully targeted contacts of mine and he is now an advanced player with a growing network of star performers of his own. One of the amazing projects he has become involved in is as General Manager of Remploy Automotive growing them as a Tier 1 and Tier 2 component supplier to major car companies. Remploy is the UK’s leading supplier of employment opportunities for disabled people. It provides jobs and training in all parts of the economy – as well as its own factories. It assists over 2000 people with a range of physical and mental disabilities to find work every year. In addition, it supports 4,500 people in the employment of other organisations and 6,000 people on it’s 80 Remploy factory sites. As you know we have been involved in major initiatives for years helping disadvantaged and disabled people into work – so this is a major league result for us. Don’t hesitate to call us if you’d like to link with John. (0845 130 4344 – UK Lo-call) Nigel has provided ‘Lean Solutions’ in the automotive industry for some of the world’s most sophisticated car manufacturers and their suppliers. One of the key strengths he has until now undervalued is his ability to mediate with conflicting sides – as one of his networking contacts put recently – “You just come in – pour oil on troubled waters and they are all best friends again, how do you do that?” Nigel has used his networking learning curve to develop his offering as a consultant to companies who are having trouble with their suppliers and who want to make the best of them. He already has three major projects lined up and a queue forming. If you’d like Nigel to take a look at your suppliers and take advantage of his expertise give us a call on 0845 130 4344 and we’ll try and get him to fit you into his demanding schedule. After three years of working ad hoc consultancy roles, going beyond networking has catapulted Paul into a new full-time role with his previous company’s major rivals who sell capital equipment into sports and leisure environments Starts Tuesday. Now Paul is looking to use his new job (our coaching support) and his twenty year expertise in the business to improve access to sports facilities for disabled individuals. Anyone who would like to help, please call us and we’ll network you on – 0845 130 4344 Andrew is using his team-building and management consultancy experience to network with like-minded individuals who are interested in developing a sporting centre of excellence for kids. From tentative conversations wiith his local football club to meetings with Sports England, Andrew’s networking has taken off big-time and we are now preparing for a conference at the beginning of June on ‘Healthy Living and Fitness’ (for young people) where many of the people on his Dream 100 Target Networking list will be gathering to discuss the modern problems of stay-at-home/fast food/no school playing fields kids. On the same page in the Independent newspaper last week there was one report on the government’s mission to ‘do something about obesity’ in kids and another article that reported that 800 planning applications had been submitted in the last year for the redevelopment of school playing fields. (National Playing Fields Association) If you too feel that there has been enough talk and something should be done about it then please give us a call and we’ll link you with Andrew. Many people make the mistake of thinking that the more people they have in their database the more effective their self-marketing is likely to be. I recently saw it described as “He who has the most heads, wins.” This is a fundamental error that can lead to so much disappointment and wasted opportunity, because it is not the number of networking relationships you have that is important but the quality of those meetings of minds. On the home page of our web site at careersnet.com we say (before you can begin networking) “You need to be able to clearly describe what you want, so that when you research your marketplace and identify the people you want to talk to you, you can speak their language and sell your future.” I sincerely believe that this should be posted on a stick note in mirror writing on the forehead of every job hunter – so that when they look in the mirror they are reminded to focus on what they are doing, figure out what they want to achieve, talk to people who have problems they can solve and help them structure a way forward. Once you know who you need to talk to it is very easy for someone like myself to introduce you to a networking contact who can kick-start building your virtuous circle of networking contacts. Shopping For Fresh Produce

By Susanne Myers Do you know how old the fresh produce in your local supermarket is? Much of the food has been picked several days or even weeks ago. As the fruit or vegetable is harvested, it slowly loses nutrients. Thats why you want produce thats as fresh as possible. Not to mention that it tastes much better. Farmers Market Your local farmers market is a great place to shop for fresh product. Farmers in the area will bring the fruits and vegetables they grow to the market. Often produce is picked that morning or the day before they bring it to the farmers market. You will also see a lot of organically grown produce at the farmers market. The prices are usually a lot lower than what you would pay at your local grocery store because you are cutting out quite a few middleman by buying directly from the farmers themselves. Local Farmers & Gardeners You can also contact local farmers in your area directly. As you are driving around, keep an eye out for fresh produce signs. There are many farmers and even hobby gardeners who are glad to sell you some of their excess produce. You may also want to check if there is a farmers or gardeners association in your town or city. Its a great way to get to know a few local gardeners or farmer. By buying directly from these producers, you get the some of the freshest fruits and veggies. They will often pick it for you or let you pick your own right then and there. It doesnt get much fresher than that, except Grow Your Own Garden If you want the absolute freshest product possiblegrow it yourself.
